ADELMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Tayr Kilaab al Ghashiyah (Khan), a Muslim formerly known as John Casteel and currently a prisoner at the Green Bay Correctional Institution (GBCI), filed this pro se civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) and various corrections officials and employees.
