THOMSEN, Chief Judge.

This is an action under section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185, to secure enforcement of the arbitration provisions of the collective bargaining agreement between the parties. On April 20, 1965, defendant temporarily suspended publication of its newspaper and directed its employees not to report for work until further notice.
