BELSON, Associate Judge:
This is an appeal from an order of the trial court dismissing appellant’s suit to enforce mechanic’s lien against appellees. 1 It raises the question whether one who agrees to act as manager and broker with respect to residential real property owned by another can at the same time, by furnishing labor and materials for its improvement and repair, acquire the status of a contractor who is entitled to assert a statutory mechanic’s lien upon the real property in question.
