The matter pending before the Court is the “Amicus Memorandum Relating to Status of Statutory Trustee for Arthur A. Blumeyer, III and the Bankruptcy Court’s Jurisdiction, Over the Assets of Arthur A. Blumeyer, III” (File Document No. 316) filed by Anthony J. Sestrie (“Statutory Trustee”). The Court deemed the memorandum to be an application to dismiss the bankruptcy case pursuant to the request by Mr. Sestrie in his conclusion.
