Appellant, James Lanphear, appeals from a final order entered by the Circuit Court of Jasper County on March 24, 1977, denying appellant’s motion to vacate and set aside judgment and sentence under Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. Appellant, on January 19, 1976, entered a guilty plea to the charge of sale of a controlled substance. On March 18, 1976, appellant was sentenced to a term of seven years on the guilty plea.
