In March of 1974, plaintiff and appellee, Francis Rotello, (Rotello) entered into an installment contract for the purchase of a farm tractor with International Harvester Company (IHC). Execution of the contract took place at the IHC store in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. The contract displayed on its face a stated cash price of $17,214.00 and a stated deferred payment price of $23,082.10.
