Plaintiff, Albert Santos, brought this action against Georgia Grogan, defendant, and John Carter, d/b/a Carter Farms Quality Meat, for personal injuries sustained by appellee while in the employ of Carter Farms Quality Meat (Carter Farms), a non-subscriber under the Worker’s Compensation Act, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 8306 sec. 1.
