OPINION

MORRISON, Presiding Judge.

The offense is robbery; the punishment is 199 years.

Witness for the State testified that appellant and a companion entered her liquor *116store and ordered a bottle of gin which was located high on a shelf. As the witness, who the record indicates is S' 3" tall, reached for the bottle, appellant, who the record indicates is over six feet tall, grabbed the back of her neck and threw her to the floor, then dragged her to the back of the store while holding his hand in and over her mouth.
