This is an action in damages to recover for the death of plaintiff’s husband, caused by the alleged negligence of defendants.

Defendant Trenton Gas & Electric Company, a corporation located at Trenton in Grundy county, Missouri, operates a plant for the generation of electricity for commercial purposes and in connection therewith an electric transmission line, in furnishing electricity to the towns of Spickard, Blythedale, Eagleville and other towns and cities in Missouri.
