This is an appeal by a father in a divorce case from an order of the District Court changing the custody of two minor children from the mother to the maternal grandparents.

On July 9, 1970, decree was entered in the District Court for Dakota County, Nebraska, granting the plaintiff, Carol Jorgensen, an absolute divorce from the defendant, Darrell Jorgensen.
