This appeal is from judgments on jury verdicts in a wrongful death case and personal injury cases resulting from a collision of a freight train with a vehicle. Suits were filed for the wrongful death and personal injury claims against the railroad, and the passengers in the vehicle also sued the owner and driver of the vehicle.
