Complainant is an incorporated benevolent association, and belongs to the order of the Knights of Pythias. That order consists of a Supreme Lodge of the World, incorporated under *79a statute of the United States, and of several grand lodges subordinate to it, located in different states of the Union, among which is the Grand Lodge of the State of New Jersey; and then of numerous subordinate lodges acting under a charter from one of the grand lodges.
