FOR THE COURT:
¶ 1. In this appeal, we must decide whether the Circuit Court of Coahoma County erred in denying Brymon Hamp Jr.’s motion to suppress.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
¶ 2. On July 29, 2010, a concerned citizen reported that something had happened to Gerald Simmons at his nearby liquor store in Friars Point, Mississippi.
