MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

This court issued an oral order denying the Motion to Confirm the Termination or Absence of Stay on June 29, 2006. This memorandum opinion is in support of that order.

Movant, Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., seeks a determination that the automatic stay as to the property of the estate has been terminated pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3)(A).
