Mr. PRESIDING JUSTICE SEIDENFELD
delivered the opinion of the court:
Charles Cálcese sued the defendants Cunningham Cartage Inc., a corporation, and Robert M. Cunningham, its driver, to recover damages for personal injuries suffered in a motor-vehicle collision. The defendants were found not guilty of negligence in a jury trial. The jury also found, in response to a special interrogatory, that the plaintiff was free of contributory negligence. Subsequently Charles Cálcese died, and this appeal has been filed by his wife, acting as special administrator of his estate.
