SAM L. LEWIS, Special Judge.

The defendant, Ben P. Jones, and Johnny Chalmers were indicted for the murder of Columbus Davis during the perpetration of a robbery. Chalmers was acquitted. Jones was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to thirty (30) years. He has appealed from that conviction and assigns six (6) errors.
