DECISION
ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
William Hall (“Debtor”) filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on August 25, 1999. The case was subsequently dismissed, at his request, on February 1, 2000. Because Welbilt Corporation (“Wel-bilt”) had filed a motion for relief from stay prior to the debtor’s voluntary dismissal, the debtor was rendered ineligible for relief under any chapter of the Bankruptcy Code for 180 days.
