This is an appeal by the defendant warden of the Connecticut correctional institution from a judgment of the Superior Court rendered in a habeas corpus proceeding ordering the warden to credit the plaintiff, Arthur W. Breen, Jr., with *3131315 days confinement, so-called jail time, from October 24, 1989, to June 1, 1973, on a sentence imposed on the latter date. The sole issue on the appeal is whether the trial court erred in concluding that the plaintiff was entitled to this credit.
