—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant P.V. Holding Corp. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated December 11, 2000, which denied its motion to change the venue of the action from Queens County to Suffolk County, and granted the plaintiffs’ cross motion to change the venue of the action from Queens County to Nassau County.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, the cross motion is denied, and the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is directed to deliver to the Clerk of…
