Appellant Patricia Stultz pleaded J guilty to possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and was given a four-year suspended imposition of sentence on March 14, 2003. On March 31, 2004, the trial court entered a judgment and commitment order sentencing Ms. Stultz to three years in prison with an additional seven-year suspended imposition of sentence, which was pursuant to Ms. Stultz’s plea of guilty to conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, which she entered on March 24, 2004.
