11 This appeal tests the extent of the right of passage granted the owner of an enclosed estate under La.Civ.Code art. 689, et seq. Appellants, Mandy Louise LaCroix Perdue, Mary Elizabeth LaCroix Parsons, Leven L. LaCroix, and Judy Mae LaCroix Craigo (the LaCroix Heirs), are appealing the trial court’s grant of a right of passage that includes the right of appel-lees, Danny Doyle Cruse, Kathy Ann Meeks Cruse, Christopher Cruse, and Joy Cruse, to install telephone and electrical service lines over their property, and its order allowing appellees to maintain an existing water…
