Buchanan, J.,

delivered the opinion of the court..The only question involved in this case is whether or not *696the State Corporation Commission has jurisdiction to enjoin and restrain the appellee from doing the acts complained of by the appellant in its petition for ah injunction.

Both appellant and appellee are public service corporations, engaged in the business of supplying water to the towns of Hampton and Phoebus, among other places.
