Before the Court is the Plaintiffs, Town of Smithfield, Motion to Stay the implementation of an arbitration award that was decided on June 13, 2000. The Defendants have objected to the Motion to Stay. The Plaintiff has also filed a Petition to Vacate Arbitration Award on July 11, 2000. This matter is set for hearing on August 15, 2000.
