This was a suit against a street-railway company for damages on account of personal injuries. The petition alleges that on a named day, in Fulton county, the plaintiff, with her brother-in-law and his little girl, was in a buggy on a street in Fulton county traversed by the line of the defendant company. At the time, she was going from the city of Atlanta in the direction of the town of East Point.
