The County Board of Education of Spartanburg County ordered the consolidation of Joseph' Walker School District No. 9 with Campobello School District’No. 49 and Dan-drum School District 'No. 45 under the authority vested in the Board by Section 5319 of the Code of 1942. Appellants, who are trustees of Joseph Walker School District, and opposed to the consolidation, appealed on behalf of themselves and other taxpayers, voters and freeholders, to the Court of Common Pleas, which court affirmed the order of the County Board.
