Per Curiam :

We have carefully examined the record in this case, together with all briefs and arguments, and the authorities cited by counsel for both plaintiff and defendant in error. The opinion by Shepard, J., in the Appellate Court, as well in its statement of facts as in the discussion of the legal questions involved and in the conclusion arrived at, is in accordance with the views of this court.
