MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO SUPPRESS FRUITS OF A STATE SEARCH WARRANT
GADOLA, District Judge.
Defendant has filed a motion to suppress the fruits of a state search warrant. Eviden-tiary hearings were held on the instant motion on July 30, July 31, and August 24,1998. For the reasons set forth below, defendant’s motion to suppress fruits of a state search warrant will be denied.
