In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Sherwood, J.), dated January 19, 2007, which, upon, inter alia, an order of the same court dated June 28, 2004, granting that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment on the issue of liability, is in favor of the plaintiff and against it, and directed it to sell the subject real property to the plaintiff for the contract price of $185,000.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
