This is an action commenced in the district court of Tulsa county against the Exchange Trust Company of Tulsa, a corporation, IT. L. Stan eleven and some 18 others, directors of said corporation, R. M. McCool, liquidating agent of said trust company, and W. J. Barnett, State Bank Commissioner.
