This is an action to recover damages for the breach of a contract of employment. The contract, and its termination by the defendant, are admitted by the pleadings, and the only matter contested upon the trial was whether the plaintiff was discharged by the defendant for, or without, sufficient cause. The jury, under the instructions of the court, found that the discharge was wrongful, and awarded to the plaintiff damages, which were warranted by the evidence.
