OPINION AND ORDER DIRECTING DISTRIBUTION OF FUND

KNOX, District Judge.

This rather complicated matter, arising from the issuance of writs of foreign attachment in accordance with Pennsylvania Procedure and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 64 whereby the rents payable by tenants in an apartment house in Millcreek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania, were attached by the United States Marshal, is before the court on petitions for final distribution of the fund derived from collection of rents.
