Lacy Welch was tried and convicted of operating an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Complaint is made as to the sufficiency of the evidence, which is substantially as follows: Between eight and nine o’clock at night the defendant purchased and drank four or five bottles of beer at a filling-station, and left walking. About two o’clock in the morning he came back to the same place driving Mr. Barfield’s car. His wife, Mr. Barfield, and three other people were with him in the car.
