Before this Court is Petitioner’s, Shaun E. O’Toole,1 Petition to Set Aside Nomination Petition (Petition to Set Aside) of Dowayne Blount, a/k/a Dee Blount (Candidate), a candidate for the Democratic nomination at the May 2006 primary for the House of Representatives in the General Assembly from the 103rd Legislative District. Also before the Court is Candidate’s Motion to Dismiss Petition to Set Aside Nomination Petition (Motion to Dismiss).
