MEHAFFY, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of defendantsappellees in a personal injury action. Jurisdiction is established by diversity of citizenship and requisite amount in controversy. We affirm.

Plaintiff-appellant sought damages for injuries he received while using a power lawn mower manufactured by defendants. Plaintiff rented the power mower from a resident in the neighborhood of one of plaintiff’s rent houses.
