This is an appeal, in effect, from decrees directing and -confirming a sale of a tract of land in Arlington county, Virginia, containing 130 acres, by trustees who had theretofore been directed by decree to make such sale. The sale was made under the terms of a deed of trust, securing a debt of fifty thousand dollars, which debt was due and payable at the time of the entry of the decree for sale.
