MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JAMES S. SLEDGE, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case came before the Court on November 14, 1996, for a hearing on the’ Bankruptcy Administrator’s motion to dismiss or convert the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b). This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a) and 1334(a). This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A).
