COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

Appellants, members of a syndicate of underwriters, appeal the district court’s 1 entry of summary judgment in favor of appellees on claims for coverage under a maritime insurance policy. We affirm.

Appellee MEP Pleasant Hill, LLC (“MEP”) contracted with appellee Black & Veatch Corporation (“Black & Veatch”) (jointly, “Appellees”) to design, procure equipment for, and build a combined-cycle electricity generating facility near Pleasant Hill, Missouri.
