Reversing.
By a judgment in the Livingston circuit' court, Will Curry was sentenced to one year in the state penitentiary on a charge of seduction. Defendant is somewhat younger than the prosecuting witness, who is now about 21 years of age. The latter states defendant had been visiting her for two or three years prior to May, 1925, at which time they became engaged to be married, and the date of the ceremony was set for. the following Christmas.
