BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

The appellants were jointly tried and convicted of murder and were each assessed a penalty of ninety-nine years in the penitentiary.

The indictment contains three counts. Elmo “Blondie” Wright was found guilty as alleged in the first and second counts. Chester “Curley” Wright was found guilty as alleged in the first and third counts of the indictment. The verdict is clear and understandable under the facts of the case. We have considered the exceptions filed to the court’s charge and reached the conclusion that they present no error.
