MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
Following a two-day bench trial in July 2013, I found in favor of the government on all counts of Mr. Censke’s Federal Tort Claims Act Complaint. My decision was based in part on Mr. Censke’s contrived and mendacious testimony. See Censke v. United States, 27 F.Supp.3d 920 (N.D.Ill.2014); [Dkt.
