Plaintiffs, two groups of teachers, filed separate complaints against defendants, the Muscogee County Board of Education, members of the Muscogee County Board of Education, the Muscogee County School District and Dr. Braxton Nail, Superintendent of the Muscogee County School District, contending that defendants breached plaintiffs’ employment contracts.
