OPINION

MeHUGH, Judge:

1 1 The State appeals the magistrate's dismissal of eight second degree felony counts against Defendant Terrill C. Johnson for violating Utah Code section 41-la-1815(2). The magistrate refused to bind Johnson over for trial on the charges, which were related to falsifying Utah title and registration applications. We reverse.
