L & H Construction Co. v. Circle Redmont, Inc.

Following a nonjury trial, L & H Construction Company, Inc. (“L & H”) appeals a final judgment in favor of Circle Red-mont, Inc. (“Redmont”). We reverse.

The construction contract at issue involved the renovation of the Thomas Edison historic site in West Orange, New Jersey, on behalf of the National Park Service (“NPS”). L & H was the general contractor and contracted with Redmont to manufacture a cast-iron staircase and a plank glass flooring system.
