In this bill in equity the plaintiff seeks to have determined her “rights” in a certain parcel of land in Arlington, to have the defendant enjoined from placing thereon buildings, walls or other obstructions, and to have assessed her damages caused by an alleged trespass on the land by the defendant. A master has found the following facts.
