The motion is to dismiss the complaint on the ground of insufficiency.
On October 1, 1930, the Hudson Casualty Insurance Company issued its policy of insurance to the plaintiff to insure and indemnify the plaintiff against loss or damage resulting from an injury or injuries suffered by any person by reason of the op*204eration of a motor vehicle belonging to the plaintiff.
