620 Decatur, L.L.C., filed an appeal seeking reversal of a judgment finding it in contempt of court for violating a preliminary injunction previously issued by the trial court. New Jax Condominiums Association, Inc., filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. The appeal was dismissed based on this Court’s ruling in Yokum v.
