MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE

HORNBY, District Judge.

I have previously ruled that Gary Reiner has no right to jury trial on the govern- merit’s request for an in personam money judgment of forfeiture. United States v. Reiner, 393 F.Supp.2d 52 (D.Me.2005). Here, I make my findings of fact and conclusions of law determining the amount of the money judgment. See Fed. R.Crim.P. 23, 32.2(b)(1).
