COZORT, Judge.
Plaintiff brought an action to recover damages from the City of Lumberton for injuries she sustained from tripping on some tree branches on her property. She alleged negligence, gross negligence, trespass and strict liability as theories of recovery in her complaint. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence, the trial court granted the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict as to all of plaintiff’s claims except for her trespass claim, which was later settled.
