OPINION OF THE COURT ON FURTHER REVIEW
WALCZAK, Judge:
Appellant was tried in the 3d Armored Division by a court-martial convened by Major General Thurman E. Anderson. On 15 December 1982, pursuant to his pleas, he was convicted by a military judge sitting as a special court-martial of drunk driving and operating an unregistered vehicle in violation of Articles 92 and 111, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 911 (1982).
