Ray Tucker & Sons, Inc. (Tucker & Sons), sued GTE Directories Sales Corporation (GTE) to recover damages resulting from the failure to include Tucker & Sons’ classified advertisement in the then Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company (LT&T) directory published in December 1993.
